The 2018 KTM85SX and 2018 Husky TC85 are great bikes but have significantly less top end power than the older models. Although the midrange has increased due to the new powervalve design most skilled riders find the top end runs flat. This TSP POWER KIT is simple to install and will make an immediate difference to power throughout the rev range without risking reliability.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.

This POWER KIT by TSP includes:

• a custom TSP head insert with corrected squish clearance and improved design for reduced risk of detonation and more power throughout the rev range. This head insert has been designed and tested to work with 98 RON fuel and will also suit higher octane FIM spec fuels.
• an Athena GET CDI with 2 curves and a bar mounted map switch. One curve is HARD for maximum power throughout the rev range, and the other curve is SOFT for muddy conditions or where traction is limited.

This kit come in 2 options:

• Standard Cylinder Height… the head insert is designed to work with the stock base gasket thickness and gives a boost to power throughout the rev range. This option is best suited to novice riders or offroad racers looking for maximum midrange.
• TSP Spec Cylinder Height… the head insert is designed to work with a raised cylinder height and gives maximum mid/top performance with little or no loss of bottom end. This option is best suited to skilled A or B grade riders. This options includes the required base gaskets to set the correct cylinder height… head gaskets supplied are genuine and you will receive 2 gaskets to use together (KTM RRP on these gaskets is $28.60 each).
